Be inspired by wellness experts as they share tips on nutrition, exercise, skin care, rest and relaxation. Enjoy a nourishing two course buffet lunch in the stunning Osborne Hotel and leave the day feeling re-energised. During the lunch break you can choose to relax on one of the sofas in the lounge area, or enjoy some fresh sea air.


There will be a luxury raffle on the day, featuring Temple Spa skincare gifts, Jewellery, Vouchers and other wellbeing prizes. The profits from the day will benefit women living in poverty, giving them training and microbusiness opportunities; women helping women.


There will be some display stands offering Temple Spa skin products, ethical fitness clothing etc. so enjoy talking with the experts and shopping if you want!

She is passionate about health and wellbeing, is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and is currently training to be a Pilates Teacher. Rachel believes it is essential to take time out for wellness in our busy lives and loves to inspire women to care for themselves.

Emma has been working in the fitness industry for 34 years as a group exercise instructor.
She teaches classes that range from high intensity Hiit and Boxing, to health classes such as Pilates and aqua because she likes to ensure the benefits of exercise are achievable for every individual in her class

Alexandra has been practicing Yoga for the past 8 years and teaching for 2 years. Yoga is extremely important to her and a huge part of her life, and she loves to share how Yoga has helped her, by applying it in her everyday life.

Alexandra also designs & sews eco-friendly Yoga Clothing under her brand Raw Flora. As someone who spends so much time in the yoga world, she has learnt a lot about the best clothing to wear incorporates the ethics of Yoga into her clothing creations.

FAQ's

Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes, as long as you notify us at the time of booking, we can advise the hotel of your requirements.

How long is the day?

The day will start promptly at 10.00am, and finish at 4.00pm. There will be one hour for lunch, so you can take time to enjoy the food, chat with friends, and even take a walk by the sea or in the beautiful grounds of the hotel.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please feel free to bring a notepad and pen, or a tablet to take notes if you would like to do this.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code, we just want you to feel comfortable and relaxed.

What does the timetable look like?

There will be various short sessions, with a holistic approach to wellbeing. We will be talking about nutrition, looking at caring for our mental health, as well learning some relaxation and skin care techniques. We will leave time for comfort breaks, chatting, and sessions will be short, inspiring and informative. Lunch will be from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Is there disabled access?

The hotel has disabled access with a lift to the toilets. If you are using a wheelchair, we ask that you inform us when booking, so that we can ensure that a disabled toilet is available to you on the day.
